Stuck between an Elopement and larger Intimate Wedding? Then an Petite Wedding is possibly a better fit for you. Perfect for those couples that don’t want a courthouse ceremony, but want to have more guests attend their ceremony than what is typical for an elopement.

Classic Petite Wedding

Includes: Use of entire grounds and/or downstairs of the house between the hours of 12:00pm and 3:00pm (and we require most to follow our classic wedding schedule), officiant services, bouquet for the bride, boutonnière for the groom, small maid/matron of honor bouquet, boutonnière for the best man, two bouquets of arranged flowers, professionally decorated three tier wedding cake, sparkling cider, and a night in the Astoria Room.

Deluxe Petite Wedding

Turn your petite wedding in to a mini honeymoon as well!

To mirror the differences between our Elopement Package and Deluxe Elopement Package we are offering the same extras and creating a Deluxe Intimate Wedding package.

We add another night in our Astoria Room along with our premium Deluxe Couples Massage. A decadent way to treat yourselves after your wedding.

All Inclusive Petite Wedding

 Use of entire grounds and/or downstairs of the house, officiant services, bouquet for the bride, boutonnière for the groom, small maid/matron of honor bouquet, boutonnière for the best man, two bouquets of arranged flowers and centerpieces, in-house catering, professionally decorated three tier wedding cake, champagne or sparkling cider, and two nights for all of our guestrooms.

Included Value (excluding tax):

  • Everything offered in the Deluxe plus;
  • Four hour rental for ceremony and reception $800
  • Ability to hold ceremony any day of the week at a time of your choice.
  • Catering for reception (In-house catering, see suggestions) $1500

  • NOTE: Photography is the only optional extra for this package. Check out our preferred vendors for photography.

Notes for Petite and Elopement Packages:

  • For these packages we require prepayment of the package to hold a particular date.
  • Payment is non-refundable.
  • Typically ceremony must take place between the hours of 12:00pm and 3:00pm, and we require most to follow our classic wedding schedule. The All Inclusive is much more flexible with timing due to the fact that you are renting all of our guest rooms as well.

Extras
For any of our packages we charge for extras, especially for our Intimate and Elopement Packages. The charges for the extras are as follows:

  • Extra guests: $10 per guest (60 guests maximum)
  • Chair Rental and setup: $2.75 per chair
  • Table Rental and setup: $12.50 per table (60 inch round or 6’ banquet)
  • Table Linens (white): $10.00 per tablecloth
  • Parking Assistance: $125 (required if more than 30 guests are attending)
  • Garbage Disposal: $50.00 (required if caterer is not taking care of it)
  • Extra Time: $100 per 30 minutes
