Wedding Packages
We offer a number of packages that are tailored for specific sized weddings. Most are inclusive of nearly everything you need, from ceremony to rooms. Some even include flowers and cake! Here is a snapshot of our offerings. Each links to the full description and pricing.
elope
Elope with your loved one. Options range from quick and easy, to complete packages that include a mini honeymoon.
Offered with various options to fit all budgets and expectations.
petite
Your closest family and friends, up to 30 people in total. Perfect for those that do not want a courthouse ceremony, but want to have a few more guests attend than a regular elopement.
intimate
A small wedding of up to 60 people. Accommodations for your bridal party or friends and relatives traveling from afar.
other
We understand not everyone fits in a box. we offer Al a Carte pricing, along with some other specific types of packages.
Policies
The Swantown Inn is a smoke-free environment. We thank our smoking visitors for their consideration of the health of others, and the cleanliness and safety of our facility. Note that vaping and marijuana are included along with tobacco. Please be aware that there is an additional cleaning fee of $500 if there is found to have been any smoking in the guest rooms or common areas, this includes the side porch and front porch. Smoking is only permitted in the gazebo.
During your event the stairs to the second level will be roped off, and the guest rooms locked. This ensures that the rooms remain as they should for the overnight guests and also is a security measure. Unless you are using a licensed caterer the kitchen will also remain locked.
Decorations. In order to preserve the quality of the building, all decorations attached to the building or wedding amphitheater must be approved. No open flame, i.e. candles. If candles are to be used they must be in an enclosed fixture (hurricane, jar, etc) and their location approved.
Banned Decorations and Items: Under no circumstances may your decorations include the following items;
- Glitter, in any shape form or use. Either on tables, make-up, dresses or the like.
- Bird Seed or rice, may not be used at send off (we suggest bubbles as an acceptable alternative).
- No live animals, including support animals. Service dogs are accepted.
If used, or present, regardless of this rule, you will be charged an additional $500 cleaning fee.
Alcohol: Alcoholic beverages are permitted only when there is a licensed bartender present, and with the proper permitting. Wedding Day Insurance is mandatory if alcohol is to be served. Injuries caused to or by any person as a result of alcoholic beverages being served or consumed on the property, shall be the sole responsibility of the couple named in this contract. Damages to property shall also be the responsibility of the couple named in this contract.
Wedding Day Insurance: It is requested that you take out Wedding Day Insurance for the day of your wedding and event. This protects you and us in numerous scenarios.
Cancellations
Deposits are non-refundable. If we receive a 60-day cancellation notice in writing and are able to resell an event for the same day as your reservation you will receive a refund of any monies paid above and beyond the deposit. If your rental fee includes overnight accommodations and your guests would like to pay for the rooms, please let us know in advance. .
Tours & Previews
We are happy to give you a tour of the event space whenever we can. This means no other events can be running, so we request you call and book a tour. Call 360.753.9123
Deposits & Payments
All prices quoted on this web site assume that you make payment with check or cash. This is one of the ways we keep our pricing lower. A surcharge of 3.5% is added if payment is made with either debit or credit cards.
