A la carte Pricing

We believe we have put together some great value, budget minded options for all of our wedding packages. However we get many requests for just our event space, with no overnight guest rooms. Also scenarios where couples want some items in a package but not all of them. Hence we have created this  a la carte price list.

Please understand that all of our pricing reflects various influences to the operations of our business as a whole. We run a Bed & Breakfast, Day Spa and Event space. So when an event with many people and music is held, we cannot run the Day Spa. When we have parking full for an event, it is impossible to rent a room to someone not involved in the event. this is one of the reasons our bigger packages include the cost (albeit at a lower cost) of guest rooms.

Note all prices are before tax and service fees.

Price List

Event Space

  • Monday to Thursday
    • Event held between 12 noon and 3pm (3 hours in total) – $500
    • Event held between 12 noon and 8pm (4 hours in total) – $1000
  • Friday to Sunday
    • Event held between 12 noon and 3pm (3 hours in total) – $1000
    • Event held between 12 noon and 8pm (4 hours in total) – $2000

Guest Rooms

Note there are discounts for multiple night stays, which are seasonal.

Day Spa

All pricing for the Day Spa is available at on the Swantown Inn & Spa web site. Look at the Spa for a full service menu. Note that pricing includes gratuity as we are a “no tip” spa.

Services

  • Officiant Services (Ceremony, paperwork) $350
  • Catering starting from $15 per guest
  • Bar Service (staff only) $300
  • Coffee Service (barista, drinks included) $100 per hour (minimum 2 hours)
  • Cake, from $100 upwards (dependent on size, does not include flatware and china)
  • Flowers (arrangements, center pieces, bouquets, boutonnieres) – Price on application
  • Audio Visual (background music, equipment) from $200
  • Photography (see our preferred vendor list)

Rental Costs

We can provide a limited selection of items that you will need for your event. Chairs, tables, tableware, linens, to name a few. Typically these items are rented from a catering supply company. As they are stored onsite we charge no delivery fee.

Chairs and Tables

  • White folding wedding chairs (padded) – $2.50 each
  • Round table (60 inch diameter) – $15 each
  • Rectangle table (6 foot long) – $10 each

Tableware and linens

  • Round table cloth (white) – $15 each
  • Rectangle table cloth (white) – $15 each
  • Linen napkin (white) – 50 cents each
  • Dinner plates – 50 cents each
  • Salad plates – 50 cents each
  • Water glasses – 50 cents each
  • Coffee Mugs – 50 cents each
  • Cutlery (Fork, Knife, Spoon) – 5 cents per piece
