This is a new package available from January 2018 onward. Based off our Intimate Wedding Package but allowing for more guests, time and including catering.

Indoors or Outdoors (weather dependent), up to 30 guests, (includes wedding party, children, etc.)

Use of entire grounds and/or downstairs of the house between the hours of 12:00pm and 4:00pm (remove this restriction by booking all of our guest rooms), officiant services, bouquet for the bride, boutonnière for the groom, small maid/matron of honor bouquet, boutonnière for the best man, two bouquets of arranged flowers and centerpieces, catering, professionally decorated three tier wedding cake, champagne or sparkling cider, and a night in the Astoria Room.

Deluxe All-inclusive Intimate Wedding

Turn your intimate wedding in to a mini honeymoon as well!

To mirror the differences between our Elopement Package and Deluxe Elopement Package we are offering the same extras and creating a Deluxe All-inclusive Intimate Wedding package.

We add another night in our Astoria Room along with our premium Deluxe Couples Massage. A decadent way to treat yourselves after your wedding. Of course you will need another bottle of champagne, and truffles, to celebrate with your loved one in your room.

Notes for Intimate and Elopement Packages:

  • For these packages we require prepayment of the package to hold a particular date.
  • Payment is non-refundable.
  • We suggest following our small wedding schedule, with the change of cake, to being the meal and cake, so lengthen that allowance by an hour..

For any of our packages we charge for extras, especially for our Intimate and Elopement Packages. The charges for the extras are as follows:

  • Extra guests: $10 per guest (100 guests maximum outside, 30 inside)
  • Chair Rental and setup: $2.75 per chair
  • Table Rental and setup: $12.50 per table (60inch round or 6’ banquet)
  • Table Linens (white): $10.00 per tablecloth
  • Parking Assistance: $125 (required if more than 30 guests are attending)
  • Garbage Disposal: $50.00 (required if caterer is not taking care of it)
  • Extra Time: $100 per 30 minutes
